The Out Cast Of Poker Flat

If you had to blame someone or something for the outcast's deaths, who/what would you blame and why?(pick only one).

I think that the person to blame for their deaths is on the citzen of the poker flat. My reason is becuase if they didn't tell them that they had to leave, then they still what have been alived. and not dead. It was there fault for the whole thing. becuase like I said in the beginning if they didn't tell them to go. then they would have still been alive. and not dead, becuase in the ending of the story. they found them too there, hugging like embracing each other. and then the guys went and killed himself becuase he saw them. and just gave.
